There's nothing better than when a groom sees his bride for the first time. Sometimes, it's hard for me to hold back some tears - because when he sheds a tear, I always tear up too. Sorry, sometimes I get ahead of myself... let me back up to the beginning.
In the blink of an eye, fall arrived and brought with it the middle of our wedding season. When we arrived to the hotel in Geneva to cover Kelley's bridal prep, we were greeted with a party in the hotel room. Excitement was in the air, everyone was ready for a great day.
Ok, now let's talk about the ceremony. It was a perfect outdoor ceremony, short and sweet - but full of true emotion. When Jim saw Kelley walk toward him, he held it together, but I know it was hard to do.
The reception was inspired by nature. It was decorated by beautiful D-I-Y centerpieces on the tables to the card box carved from a tree trunk! It was also so much fun - they definitely knew how to rock the dance floor!
I know that they'll agree with me on this - love like theirs is worth the wait. Congratulations Jim and Kelley! Thank you for sharing your day, and your story with us.
