Dan and Natalie are a down to earth couple, who wanted a casual and fun barn wedding. They love good food, great music, and the outdoors. So on their day, that is exactly what they had. Down to the smallest details, they made this wedding completely their own. From their beautiful flowers to their handwritten vows, D-I-Y details were everywhere. Every one of them was perfect for the barn at Kindred Ground Farm in Avon, NY. After stopping into the hotel to capture Natalie and her beautiful bridesmaids getting ready, we met up at the barn for their first look. This gave us a little time to spend with them alone, as well as capture all of their family photographs before the ceremon. It also gave them the opportunity to mingle during cocktail hour. That's a win-win in my book.
The ceremony was filled with personal touches. There were great readings and yes, they wrote their own vows to each other. It was so beautiful! Dinner by Partyman Catering was delicious, followed by some amazing apple crisp and s'mores! Just a few more personal touches they wanted for their day.
Oh, and did I mention there was a blue grass band? Yep...awesome! If you're ever in the market for a blue grass band - check out String Theory in Rochester, they did a fantastic job!
And oh my goodness, the love these two share will make your heart melt. Add to that, their closest friends and family and the day was complete.
I think I'll stop myself now and just let the images do the talking this time...congratulations Dan and Natalie!
What a beautiful, unique wedding! A great time was had by all. At the end of the day, an amazing couple began their married lives together. Best wishes Dan and Natalie on all the future has in store for you. Congratulations again! ~Erin
