TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Packages & Orders. Your chosen package includes the event and the number of files you have selected. This fee is due to reserve the time and date for your session.
You will have the opportunity to purchase additional prints/files after the event.
Your online gallery will close after 30 days. There is a $50 reopening fee for galleries that need to be reloaded. All images are kept on file for a period of 1 year, and may be re-ordered at regular price.
2. Liability. You agree to hold harmless, Lori A. Coleman, Erin Perrotta, their representatives, employees and Lori & Erin Photography, from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. Lori & Erin Photography and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you or your family, or any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.
3. Copyright. The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving us the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or downloading from our website. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Please understand, the photographer wishes to maintain complete control over the print quality, finishes and presentation of the images and any reproduction outside of the studio may lower the quality of the image and scar our reputation for providing superior photography.
4. Usage. I understand and agree that images from my event may be used in portfolios, advertising, competition, sale, trade, exhibits, social media, blogs or other use as deemed appropriate by Lori & Erin Photography.
5. Marketing. By signing up for this mini session, you also opt-in to be added to the e-mail/mailing lists of Lori & Erin Photography, and the e-mail/mailing lists any other vendors that may have been included in your mini session event.
5. Cancellations & Refunds. Mini session payments are non-refundable. If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the photographers, you will be given the option to reschedule to a future date or another event.
If the event is canceled by the client, a reschedule option will be given up to 7 days prior to scheduled session. No reschedule option shall be given if client does not show on their session date without prior notice.
