  • Candid mini session events are meant for immediate families only. Please contact us for more details for extended family portraits.

  • Mini session dates may shift due to weather, scheduling needs, or current guidelines. If a reschedule is necessary, we’ll do our best to accommodate your booked event and keep everything as smooth as possible.

  • Session fees are non-refundable. However can add you to our calendar for an upcoming candid mini session instead.

  • Our mini sessions are built around real connection, not quick posed smiles. Instead of lining your family up and rushing you through, we create a relaxed, guided experience that encourages movement, interaction, and genuine moments. The result is a small but meaningful gallery that actually feels like your family in this season of life.

  • Not exactly, and that’s intentional.

    Our sessions are candid in feel, but gently guided in practice. We’ll give you simple prompts and light direction to help your family relax and interact naturally, so nothing feels stiff or awkward.

    The goal isn’t perfectly posed… and it’s not completely hands-off either. It’s that sweet spot where real moments can unfold while still making sure you look your best.

  • Candid minis are a great fit for families who enjoy moving, playing, and interacting together. If your crew is comfortable jumping in, following simple prompts, and being a little playful, these sessions tend to feel easy and fun.

    Because mini sessions are short, they’re usually not the best fit for children who need a longer warm-up period or extra time to feel comfortable with someone new. In those cases, a full session often gives everyone the breathing room they need.
