Fall Family Pictures and Halloween Fun in Fairport, NY

Chase Farms Candid Family Mini Sessions

Every October, we host our beloved family mini sessions at Chase Farms in Fairport, NY, and it has quickly become a tradition for many families. The crisp autumn air, golden light, and vibrant pumpkins create the perfect setting for capturing the joy of the season.

One of the most special parts of these sessions is seeing families arrive in their Halloween costumes for these family portraits. Over the years, this has become a highlight, adding an extra layer of fun and personality to the photos. From tiny astronauts and woodland creatures to princesses and barn animals, the creativity and excitement are always contagious.

For parents, it’s a chance to document the costumes their children carefully picked out (or, in some cases, insisted on wearing for weeks leading up to Halloween!). For kids, it’s an opportunity to fully embrace the fun of the Halloween season—whether that means twirling in a princess dress or showing off their best enchanting witch impression.

Beyond costumes, these portrait sessions capture the warmth of family bonds. Whether it's snuggles among the hay bales, laughter while exploring the pumpkin patch, or quiet moments soaking in the autumn scenery, these images tell a story of love and togetherness.

As we look back on last year’s mini sessions, we are so grateful to the families who joined us. Your smiles, playful spirits, and creative costumes made it a truly unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to continue this tradition and capture more memories this fall!

If you're thinking about joining us this year, stay tuned for booking details—we’d love to see you at Chase Farms, whether in your Halloween best or simply ready to enjoy a beautiful autumn day!
